WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU?

Here at Sunset Campers we offer a range of services, from window fitting through to full conversions. We’re happy to talk through any ideas you might have, offer suggestions and even get some plans down on paper. If you have pictures with your ideas then we can work with those to bring your vision to reality. Social media is a great forum for gathering ideas, and having a nose at other people’s vans to see what will or won’t work for you. We try to take photographs of all the work we do here so you can get an idea of the quality you can expect and maybe fine tune some ideas for your own van.

How many windows and what type of windows will you need for your layout to work?

Will you be camping in cold weather? Diesel heaters or combi boilers are a great solution.

Elevated Roofs

Here at Sunset Campers we fit Skyline elevating roofs. They offer lots of options at different price ranges.

These are fitted prices and include black or white polished gel coat finish, standard canvas, standard bed and metalwork carpeted.

VanShades

VanShades have developed and manufactured an excellent blind system called Window Pods®. They comes in a wide range of different colours to complement any colour theme. They’re all thermal and blackout blinds so they help retain heat in the winter and helps to keep you cool in the summer.

Curtains

We can offer a standard or blackout curtain. They come in black on the outside and grey or black on the inside.

Heaters

We can fit Diesel night heaters which is a great way to keep your van warm during the winter periods. This will allow you to use your van all year round. We fit AutoTerm heaters and there’s an optional smart phone modem to allow you to control your heater from your smartphone. We can also supply a carbon monoxide alarm if you don’t already have one.

Insulation & Sound Deadening

We use a three system sound deadening, thermal insulation foam and thermal fill insulation. We believe it’s the best way to keep your van nice and warm.

We use high quality four way stretch carpet lining and hidden clips to give your van the highest quality look it deserves.

Flooring

We first insulate and lay a new plywood floor to help keep your van warm before laying an Altro flooring to give your van a high quality look. We also fit a new deeper side step and new full width rear threshold cover.

Kit or Bespoke Furniture

We can fit kit furniture which includes a sink, hob, fridge and storage or we can make a bespoke pod to suit your requirements.
