Steven brought his Ford Transit Custom LWB to us for a Sunset Campers Conversion. He had already started the conversion himself by adding windows and installing the sound deadening and insulation. He chose to have it fully carpet lined, plywood floor with Altro flooring and Vanshade blinds on all the windows. Furniture was installed with a 50L fridge and a fold away table. He opted for the new legless crash tested Rusty Lee bed upholstered to match his front seat by Quayside & Automotive Upholstery. A leisure battery, split charger, electric hook up were also installed.

Paul and Joanna brought their T6.1 to us for a full conversion. They opted for an Aurora roof from Skyline Roofs in Black Polished Gel Coat with a Black Scenic Canvas and a Bi-fold bed with a Front Closing Panel. We fully sound deadened, insulated and carpeted it throughout, with the floor finished with Altro Flooring. They chose EVO Design furniture in Hacienda White and Driftwood for the worktops. Vanshades window blinds with grey acrylic splashback. They chose the new crash tested Legless Recliner bed from Rusty Lee, trimmed in black faux leather and black suede. We added a lowered double seat base to a MS Craft swivel base to the existing double passenger seat, which was upholstered by Quayside & Automotive Upholstery to match the rear. A leisure battery, split charger, electric hook up and a 150 watt Solar Panel were installed.

Phil brought his T5.1 back to us for a full conversion following carpet lining a couple of years ago. We fitted a Skyline Skylow roof with a bi-folding bed. Phil wanted the space in the back to carry his mountain bikes, so we fitted a Smartbeds EvolutionR slide bed on rails, which allows the bed to be pushed all the way forwards giving boot space, or all the way back to make a more roomy living area. EVO Design furniture was fitted with flush doors to allow the bed to slide and Atro flooring to finish off.

Emma came to us with her Ford Transit Custom LWB, which contained a home build by the previous owner. She wanted full Sunset Campers conversion as she wasn’t happy with the existing design. She wanted a rock and roll bed on rails so there can be a boot space big enough for bikes, pop top roof for extra height, fridge, sink, hob and microwave all with the ability to go off grid with a solar panel and an inverter. We showed Emma some EvoDesigns units and she chose the one pictured in high gloss white with black sparkle worktop.

Nigel and Rachel brought their VW T6.1 LWB to us with a view to a full Sunset Campers Conversion. We appreciate a full Conversion can be an expensive venture, so as we have done for previous customers, we broke the build down into four phases. They choose to do the first 2 phases first which included full sound deadening and insulation, followed by the first fix wiring. This was covered with new high line plywood paneling and two tone carpet lining in graphite and silver. The floor was sound deadened and insulated with new plywood and covered with Altro flooring. They opted for the 130cm RIB bed with VWs T6.1 brick upholstery to match their existing front seats. To finish off this phase we fitted 6 LED dimmable touch sensitive spot lights. They then returned for the final two phases of their build which included Slimline VanFurniture with fridge, and second fix electrics with an eGrill [...]

Phil and his wife wanted the rear of their Kombi carpeting out. Phil being a keen mountain biker wanted a little foldaway seat for changing in and out of his bike gear. He found an idea whilst searching the internet and that is what we made for him, what a great idea!

Andy contacted us about performing some work on his T6 LWB Kombi. He wanted a low profile elevating roof, a leisure battery, some LED lights, couple of USB charging ports and a diesel night heater. After discussing the fine details, we soon got to work. Andy’s Kombi looks great with it’s Stealth B2 Elevating roof in black with a silver canvas, silver 4 way stretch carpet, two zone LED lights and the most important on these cold nights a 2KW diesel night heater to keep you toasty.
